GENERAL INFORMATION
- Rates are exclusive of 21% government tax and service charge
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Check in after 2 pm and check out at 12 noon
- Early arrival is subject to room availability
- Late checkout is charged at 50% of the room rate at 2 pm – 6 pm, and 100% of the room rate after 6 pm, and subject to availability upon arrival
- Maximum one rollaway bed can be added only in Deluxe Balcony at an additional charge of Rp. 250,000 per night inclusive of breakfast. Booking in advance is required.
- Family Plan: No additional charge for children age 5 and under, when sharing with parents and using the same bedding.
- Rooms will be held until 6 pm - unless guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
- For any cancellations please email info@cikarang.primebizhotels.com
- 1 (one) night charge will be applied for any cancellations within 2 days of arrival, and 1 (one) night charge will also be applied for no shows
- For early departures (depart earlier than the original booked date of departure), a 1 (one) night advance room charge will be applied.
- No show and cancellation fees will be charged as per cancellation policy automatically to credit card provided.
